My approach towards consultancy is to offer a supportive and solution focused consultancy service to help meet your business needs and to ensure you remain legally compliant, my aim therefore is to work alongside you and the wider teams and to be seen as that all important critical friend who will not only find those areas of improvement but also offer practical advice and guidance on how to strengthen and improve the controls you currently have in place.

I am approachable and flexible and offer transparent pricing, I do not charge for individual services but rather an hourly rate of £60+VAT  or £450 +VAT per day.  I am completely led by you and what I focus on in that time can be discussed between us to ensure you get best value for money and that I focus on those areas you are most concerned about.

I am also highly flexible, you may for example have a number of premises in a small enough geographical area that allows me to spend some time in each during my alloted time where I can offer my support and guidance to those individual teams.

I can also support with audits and can evaluate your current levels of compliance and culture as well as independently  investigating accidents, incidents and near misses to help you identify those immediate, underlying and all important root causes to prevent future recurrence.  Through my investigations I can  support you in identifying crucial evidence to support you in case of any future cases of civil liability.

I am also able to review and support with risk assessments, Safe Systems Of Work, and DSE assessments as well as reviewing your current levels of legislative compliance as set out within the regulatory framework that governs Health and Safety. Furthermore, I am also able to support you in reviewing your emergency procedures in terms of both emergency preparedness and fire safety and can support you in identifying areas of further improvement.

As with all of my services I offer flexibility and a supportive approach, I always start from a position of YES and will always  look to provide solutions that are deemed to be reasonably practicable striking that all important balance between time, effort and money.
