A little bit about me
I am owned by a cat called Ted and if you ever have a virtual meeting with me Ted will more than likely join us as he seems to want to be involved in all aspects of my life, so much so that during the days of virtual meetings during COVID Human Resources once offered him a contract.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, I love the great outdoors, and I am at my happiest when in the woods, near the sea, or walking over the many moorlands and hills, I love to spend time with nature. I also ring church bells and enjoy attending many a practice as well as ringing for many special occasions and events.
Hi, I am Rob and I am the face behind RJH Safety Solutions. I’m here to make workplace safety feel straightforward and easy to navigate whilst still ensuring you remain compliant at every stage of your journey.
Having worked in many sectors I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise and have supported organisations meeting their legal objectives as set out in many regulatory frameworks such as the the Proceeds Of Crime Act (POCA), the Anti Money Laundering Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations as well as the regulatory framework that sits behind Health and Safety such as the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, The Health and Safety at Work Act, PUWER, DSE, Manual Handling, COSHH, to name but a few.
My emphasis is solely on being solution focused, I start from a position of YES every time, and I will always find solutions that mean you achieve great results for you, your teams, and organisation whilst still meeting your legal objectives, I will always achieve this through sensible and proportionate risk management.
I ultimately want to be seen as your critical friend, to help, support and guide you, so ask yourself, what is it that keeps you awake at night and how can I help support you and give you that all important assurance.
I am fully insured with high levels of both public liability and indemnity insurance as well as holding a recent enhanced DBS check which includes both adult and children's barred list checks, copies of which can be sent prior to me attending the site.
